Can I make an offer straight away?
You can make an offer after your request is reviewed and access to the buyer case is granted. Enter your amount, conditions and validity there. Portal offers are non-binding; an agreement is documented separately.
What do I get after registering?
You get a personal account. Private documents and offers for a specific property become available only after review and individual access approval.
Can I submit a property purchased elsewhere?
Yes. Add the property through your account. Our team reviews the ownership position and documents before opening a sale case.
What if there are no listings yet?
Only listings approved for publication appear here. You can create your account in advance. This does not reserve a property or automatically grant case access.
