Does this earn more than long-term letting?
Gross yield is usually higher, but so are the costs and the operation (cleaning, platform fees, gaps between bookings). Net, it is often attractive in in-demand locations. We work the numbers honestly for you.
Do I need a permit?
Yes. Short-term letting in Dubai requires a holiday-home permit from Dubai Economy & Tourism (DET). We apply for it on your behalf and keep compliance up to date.
Can I still stay there myself?
