This page explains how the De Dam client portal uses your information. It is a summary for transparency; it does not replace legal advice.
What you see here
The portal shows information from our CRM (Bitrix24) that is linked to your contact profile — for example deals, stages, amounts and dates that your advisor has recorded for your property journey. We only display data that belongs to your account.
Who can access this
Access is limited to you when you sign in with the magic link sent to your email. Do not forward that link. Our team uses the same CRM for internal work; they may see more detail than is shown in the portal.
Sign-in emails
We send a one-time link to your email. It expires after a short time and can only be used once. If you did not request a link, you can ignore the email.
Retention
How long data is kept follows our normal business and legal requirements and the settings in our CRM. If you have questions about deletion or correction of your data, contact us (see below).
Your rights
Depending on applicable law (including GDPR where relevant), you may have rights to access, rectify or object to certain processing of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
